ProConnect Supply Chain Solutions Ltd, a Redington Group company, acquires South based Auroma Logistics Pvt Ltd
ProConnect Supply Chain Solutions Ltd (ProConnect), a leading national 3PL company announced recently that it had acquired 90% stake in Auroma Logistics Pvt Ltd. (Auroma Logistics)
ProConnect is currently servicing across 12 industry verticals, through a growing network of over 155 warehouses with a capacity of 6.6 Mn Sq.ft and deliver to more than 36,000 customer locations across India. This acquisition will enable ProConnect to expand its Supply chain Business in Consumer Durables vertical resulting in bringing net new businesses.
As businesses in India continue to move towards outsourcing warehousing requirements to take full benefit of GST, acquisitions such as these create a stronger value for businesses to firm up on their decision to outsource.
