Mr. S. Vijayaraghavan is a seasoned professional with an illustrious 26-year career dedicated to financial excellence and strategic leadership. Having been an integral part of the group for 14 years, Vijay brings a depth of experience and a proven track record of success to his role as the CEO of ProConnect Integrated Logistics.
He began his journey with ProConnect in 2022, in the role of Chief Financial Officer, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategies and operations. His extensive background in finance encompasses various facets, including taxation and business finance, honing his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes with precision and foresight.
Prior to joining ProConnect, Vijay held key leadership roles, notably overseeing the internal audit function for Redington India and its Indian subsidiaries. This experience equipped him with invaluable insights into operational efficiency and risk management, further strengthening his strategic acumen.
Mr. T. ManivannanChief Operating Officer
Mr. Manivannan, with over 24 years in logistics and supply chain, has excelled in roles such as Chief Operating Officer at SCINNTC Supply Chain Solution and President Operations at ProConnect Supply Chain Solutions Ltd. His expertise spans Operations Management, Supply Chain Optimization, Change Management, Team Management, Business Development, and Warehouse Management Systems. His leadership at various organizations, including Redington India Ltd and Amway India Enterprises, has solidified his proficiency in Supply Chain and Commercial Operations.
Mr. Ramakanta Dash Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Ramakanta Dash is a Chartered Accountant and finance professional having 23+ years of diverse experience in various industrial verticals like FMCG, Food and Beverages, Hospitality, Banking, IT enabled services and predominantly in Logistics, Supply chain management and Warehousing Services. Being part of the Redington group since last 9 years, he has in-depth knowledge, financial excellence, business acumen and a good track record.
Ramakanta has joined the group as Finance head in our Services business in 2015, where he played a pivotal role in turning around the business and stabilizing the company’s financial position and played an important role on the strategy of business hive off.
He joined ProConnect in 2020 and played an important role in business stabilisation, cost optimisation, various process automation, Risk management, financial and budgetary control areas. Prior to joining Redington Group, he was employed with Sattva Logistics, Mahindra Holidays and ICICI Bank.
